National Ports Authority Tariff Application 2022/23 – 2024/25
Consultation summary
The National Ports Authority has submitted its tariff application to the Ports Regulator of South Africa for the 2022/23 – 2024/25 financial year. Copies of the application may be obtained under documents and forms below or from the Authority’s website.
An invitation is hereby extended to port users and interested parties to attend virtual public hearings on the National Ports Authority (NPA) tariff application for 2022/23 on the dates and times listed below. Furthermore, port users and interested parties are invited to submit proposals and comments on the tariff application.
Tariff Application description
Transnet National Ports Authority, (“the Authority”) is required, with the approval of the Ports Regulator (“the Regulator”), to determine tariffs for services and facilities offered by the Authority and to annually publish a tariff book containing those tariffs. On 16 August 2021, the Authority submitted its application setting out its proposed tariffs for all services and facilities offered by the Authority for the tariff period for approval by the Regulator.

Virtual public hearings registration and schedule
