Prospective service providers are invited to submit bids to the Regulator to provide professional services, conduct an assessment of the determination of performance standards in SA Terminals based on design and installed capacities and develop a model (non-simulated performance) for assessing set performance targets with the aim of improving terminal efficiencies.

Proposals must be delivered at the offices of the Ports Regulator of South Africa (11th Floor, The Marine Building, 22 Dorothy Nyembe Street, Durban, 4000) no later than 15:30 on Wednesday 19 May 2021, for the attention of the Supply Chain Management division.
